Purpose & Mission

The Dallas Chapter represents the local chapter of Grambling State University National Alumni Association. It's a non-profit organization that consist of graduates, supporters and friends of the university.

 

Purpose
  • Promote better communication and closer relationship between the university, it's graduates and friends.
     
  • Promote an amiable relationship among members of the Dallas Chapter.
     
  • Encourage continued school loyalty, responsibility and pride.
     
  • Legislate through by-laws or resolution upon any subject of general concern to the members of this organization.
     
  • Promote a "Greater Grambling" through the work of the Dallas Chapter.
     
  • Provide financial assistance for GSU through scholarships and direct gifts.
  • Promote the university thru active High School recruitment.
     
  • Instill in members that they represent GSU and that their actions reflect upon the university.
